Orders Policy
• Sample order ( Qty<= 1-2pcs ): Buyer bears Freight.
• Sample order ( Qty = 3pcs or Above ): Buyer bears Sample fee and Freight
• Trial order: Buyer bears the Unit price and Freight
• Formal Order: Buyer bears the Unit price and Freight


Payment Methods
• 100% T/T In advance (International customer).
• USD account, HKD accounts, RMB account. OPELUS exchange rate are as follows:
   USD1 = HKD7.8
   USD1 = RMB6.8
• L/C Irrevocable at sight. The total Amount should be over USD15000 per order.


Lead Time of Delivery
• Sample order(within 10pcs): <= 4 days upon the payment receipt
• OPELUS will offer you the normal lead time for 5 days upon payment receipt.
• The actual Lead Time will be affected by the particular Model, Quantity, and Payment receipt. You shall contact with your Sales Representative for accounting the actual delivery of respective order.
• For Larger Order and Old customer, OPELUS accepts 30% Order Confirmation, 70% Before Ex-factory.


Shipping / Freight Term
• Small Orders are normally shipped by AIR.
• Big Orders are normally shipped by SEA.
• Buyer’s assigned Forwarder is highly recommended.
• FOB Zhuhai, China
• FCA Hong Kong
• Ex Works, Xiangzhou, Zhuhai, China


Product Warranty
• OPELUS Inkjet products are warranted for SIX ( 6 ) months from date of purchase.
• OPELUS Laser Toner products are warranted for ONE ( 1 ) year from date of purchase.
• For the detailed Warranty Term, please contact your sales representative.

 

Return Policy
• All product returns must be previewed by OPELUS
• To receive the authorization, a Request for Return Authorization Form must be completed.  You can download the form from OPELUS website. The form should be completely filled out you’re your original invoice date, invoice number, and the purchasing order number. Return shipment will not be accepted without filling this form.
• In the event any material is defective due to faults in the manufacture or packing or through any fault of OPELUS, Buyer shall notify OPELUS respective Sales Representative immediately, stating full particulars in support of his claim, and OPELUS will either replace the goods UPON RETURN OF THE DEFECTIVE, or OPELUS shall credit Buyer’s account with the cost of such goods.


Products Damaged in Transit
• All shipments become the property of the Carrier Company during shipment until signed for by the recipient. Claims for damages while product is in transit are to be settled between the consignee and the carrier.
• If noted at time of delivery, it must be documented on the receiving paper work or bill of lading.
• Take several digital pictures if possible.
• OPELUS will not be responsible if damaged fright is not reported within 2 days of receipt or the next business day.

• Due to the volatile core, component, shipping and corrugated markets, ALL pricing ( Standard and Quoted ), terms, and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
